Julien, our Master Baker and his team produce artisan and additive-free products – in organic quality, of course. Only natural ingredients are used in the production of our bakery. Therefore, the listing of additives is not a necessity for us. All suppliers are located in the surrounding Berlin area: The flour comes from the Spreewald, dairy products from Chorin, eggs from Lychen, fruit and vegetables from Templin – it can hardly be any closer and it certainly can’t be any further!

Our offer is extensive and varying: from bread & rolls, pastries & sweets, to cakes & snacks. 

Our goal – to establish THE ARCH. Bakery as a one stop shop for high-quality and great tasting baked goods.
